ThisWafer Biscuit Ice Cream Spreading Machine is an important piece of machine in the wafer line that determines the number of wafer sheets and cream layers that should be made. This machine has functions such as: applying cream layer on to the pre cooled wafer sheets, drawing evenly the cream layer and making the book of wafers sheets with different layer of cream and sheets, then applying slight pressure to hold the wafer/cream together. Numbers of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as required to the count of 3, 4, 5 etc. The machine will count them automatically according to the adjustment made. There is a device of controlling temperature automatically and constantly on the roller of filler. The layer thickness can be adjustable, too.
